What to Expect
Meet Our Speaker
Suzanne Clothier is a Deaf biblical counselor with a heart for helping others find healing and hope through God’s Word. She serves in Deaf ministry through God’s Heart for the Deaf (GHFD), helping organize events that bring Deaf believers together for fellowship, encouragement, and Gospel-centered connection throughout the greater San Antonio area. Suzanne has a passion for meaningful conversations and loves helping women grow in their walk with Christ.
“I’ll never forget sitting across from a Deaf woman carrying years of grief and fear. She longed to be understood but didn’t know how to express the burdens in her heart. As we opened God’s Word together in ASL, I watched the Lord gently begin to replace her sorrow with true hope. In that moment, I was reminded again that no barrier—whether language, pain, or isolation—can hinder the power of the Gospel. That is why God has called me to Deaf ministry: to bring the hope and healing of Christ through His sufficient Word.”
