Schedule & Arrival
Please plan to arrive around 9:30 AM on November 15th to allow plenty of time for registration and check-in. The event will begin promptly at 10:00 AM and conclude around 4:00 PM.

Arrival & Payment
If you haven’t pre-registered, you’re welcome to let us know how many students you’ll be bringing, and payment can be collected upon arrival. Please bring a list of emergency contacts for each student, including the contact’s name, phone number, and relationship to the student.

Dress Code
Mornings can be chilly, so we recommend dressing in layers. Shorts are welcome as long as they come to the knee. Jeans and pants are also perfectly fine. Since this is an outdoor event with plenty of activities, please dress modestly and comfortably so everyone can participate in all the events. Restrooms will be available if anyone needs to change, though it isn’t necessary to change for services.

What to Bring

• Bring a Bible, notebook, and pen for sessions.

• Pack weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes for outdoor games.

• Water stations will be available, but bringing a refillable water bottle is encouraged.

• Our staff will be on site to assist with check-in, directions, and any needs throughout the day.
