What To Expect
Our young adult retreat focuses on bringing young adults (18-26) together around the Word of God. What does God have to say about our relationships, careers, and future? We also take time to enjoy the East Texas piney woods where we throw axes, do some shooting, archery, fishing, disc golf, have a movie night, have camp fire talks with s’mores and a lot more! We also take time to answer specific questions you might have from a Biblical perspective: finances, career, family, relationships, ministry, etc. This is a weekend to invest in your spiritual walk with God and to refocus on His plans for your life.
Meet The Speaker
This year’s speaker is Jacob Fleming. Bro. Jacob serves as the young adult pastor at Lancaster Baptist Church. In a society where peer pressure is strong and faith is opposed, it is always refreshing to come apart and experience a life-giving community. You won’t want to miss out on the practical/life application studies that Bro. Jacob will bring during this retreat!
